House rules

  1. Overclothes, umbrellas, sticks as well as backpacks and large bags and the like, which due to their nature and size could impair escape routes, must be left in the cloakrooms appropriate to the seating groups and may only be released before leaving the theater. The items in the wardrobe items, money and valuables as well as consequential damage are not insured.

  2. Food and drinks may only be consumed in the theater buffet and under no circumstances may they be taken into the audience area. Please understand that you are not allowed to eat any food you have brought with you.

  3. All mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) must be switched off, set to flight mode or silent during the performance. Any use of cell phones and other mobile electronic devices that may disturb visitors or actors through noise, (light) glare, or the like is prohibited during the performance.

  4. Visitors arriving late may generally not be allowed in after the performance has begun. Admission is only possible at the next break. Unauthorized entry into the auditorium is a violation of the house rules, which can result in being expelled from the theater and, in more serious cases, a ban from the theater.

  5. Smoking and lighting tobacco products and the like, as well as handling open flames, are prohibited in the theater unless permitted in individual rooms or cases. The smoking ban also extends to the use of electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes).

There is a right of withdrawal for many goods that you buy over the Internet. Leisure services - including tickets for events - are excluded from this. If they are exchanged or returned, that is
a goodwill gesture from the provider. When ordering cards online, you should therefore pay close attention to ensuring that you are actually buying the right cards. Concert tickets, event tickets or other tickets for events are also sold over the Internet, by telephone or through mail order. What is little known is that under certain conditions the buyer has no right of withdrawal. A corresponding regulation can be found in the Civil Code (BGB) under Section 312 b BGB. It says in Section 312b Paragraph 3 No. 6: Consumer Protection Act: Section 5FAbs.1Z7KSCHG

If you cannot attend the performance for a valid reason, please contact us in good time and we will find a solution:
